Where we ship

We ship within the United States only, for now.

How long it takes

Everything is made to order. Each product page shows its own making time. Once it's made, it ships by USPS or UPS and you'll get a tracking number by email.

Local pickup

Local pickup in the Powell / Columbus area can be arranged. Email [email protected] before you order and we'll set it up.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout from the size and weight of your order.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your tracking shows delivered but you don't have it, or it arrives damaged, email [email protected] within 30 days. See our Returns and Refunds policy.
