Terms of Sale and Use

These terms apply when you use ruffcutlabs.com and its shop and reseller sites, request a quote, or buy from RuffCut Labs, LLC, an Ohio limited liability company ("RuffCut Labs", "we", "us").
Quotes
A quote is an estimate until we confirm it in writing. Prices can change if the design, material or quantity changes.
Custom work and your artwork
- Most of what we make is cut to order. We make it from the design you approve.
- When you send us artwork, logos or text, you confirm you own it or have permission to use it. You're responsible if it infringes someone else's rights.
- We can turn down any design, including anything hateful, illegal or that we're not comfortable making.
- Wood is a natural material. Grain, color and small marks vary from piece to piece and from the photos. That is not a defect.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars. Payment is taken through Stripe when you order. If we list something at the wrong price by mistake, we'll contact you before shipping and you can cancel for a full refund.
Candles
Follow the safety label on every candle. Never leave a burning candle unattended, keep it away from children, pets and anything flammable, and burn it on a heat-resistant surface.
Warranty
We stand behind our work under our Returns and Refunds policy. Apart from that, products are sold as they are, without other warranties, to the extent the law allows.
Text messages
RuffCut Labs LLC sends text messages only to people who agreed to them. Customer care texts cover project questions, proof approvals, production and shipping updates, and replies to messages you send us. Marketing texts may include discount codes, special deals and texts promoting our products and services. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel and HELP for help, or call (614) 980-0233. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it, to the extent the law allows.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
